The genital warts or venereal warts, the growths formed on the vagina, anus or genitals by the human papilloma virus, are probably the most common STD or sexually transmitted disease. In women, the warts are observed in and around the vagina or anus or even on the cervix, which is the opening to the womb. In men, the condition is observed on the penis, scrotum, groin, or sensitive inner thigh. Genital warts or venereal warts, the growths formed on the vagina, anus or genitals by the human papilloma virus, appear raised or flat and can be small or big in size. The warts are sometimes clustered together, very cauliflower-like and mostly flesh-coloured. The vaccine is known to prevent HPV infection that causes cervical cancers and genital warts. Gardasil doesn't protect females already been infected or against all types of HPV, so you have to stick to routine checkups and gynaecologic exams. The onset of genital warts or venereal warts, the growths formed on the vagina, anus or genitals by the human papilloma virus is caused due to unsafe sex with the infected person and hence the best way to prevent the condition is to abstain from having sex.
